Buying jewellery online can sometimes be a little bit daunting. Especially when you're spending a lot of money. You've seen something you've fallen for, or think is a perfect gift for someone special, but without being able to see it, touch it, try it for size or see if the colour looks good on, you want be sure you have the option to send it back if it's not quite what you were expecting.
To ensure you are completely satisfied, Lisa Crockard Jewellery is happy to accept returns, of items bought here, within 14 days of delivery as long as they are returned in un-worn & original, saleable condition. There are a few exceptions, however...

Items bought via other stockists should be returned to the original store
How To Return
Please fill in the returns form on the despatch note with the reason for return and put this in the package with your returns.
Lisa Crockard Jewellery recommends returning packages via either Royal Mail Special Delivery, or a courier that can insure for any loss or damage of jewellery. Ensure you request a free proof of postage, if you are returning via the Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that do not arrive with us.
Refunds will be returned via the original form of payment & the original standard postage will also be refunded.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been received & processed advising you of payment.
Lisa Crockard Jewellery takes great care to ensure all items are of a high standard before leaving the workshop, however, should you find something wrong with a piece upon delivery, please email straight away to let me know.
When returning a faulty item, please return using Special Delivery via the Post Office. If the item is deemed faulty when it is sent back, the returns value will be reimbursed (please obtain a proof of postage receipt).
