PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in GBP, including VAT. Lisa Crockard Jewellery reserves the right to change these prices at any point and without prior notice. 

Lisa Crockard Jewellery accepts PayPal and Visa & Mastercard debit & credit cards. 

Ownership of the goods transfers to you as soon as full payment has been received.

ORDERS

Lisa Crockard Jewellery reserves the right to refuse an order.

DELIVERY & AVAILABILITY

Delivery will be made to the address you provide when placing the order. It is your responsibility to ensure the details are correct.

For items that are in stock, the majority of goods will be shipped within 2 working days of the order being placed.

If you place an order for any items that go out of stock before they are shipped to you, you will be notified of the earliest possible shipping date and have the choice to either continue with the order or cancel.

Any items that are Made To Order will state an indicative delivery window under the product description.

If you want a Made To Order or Out Of Stock item more quickly, please contact Lisa via lisacrockardjewellery@gmail.com or via the contact form with the details.

Delivery time of Bespoke or Custom pieces will be agreed between Lisa Crockard Jewellery and the purchaser prior to the order being placed. A discretionary deposit will also be taken to confirm the order.

If you have requested the delivery to be sent to an address outwith the UK, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Lisa Crockard Jewellery must be notified in writing either via email (to lisacrockardjewellery@gmail.com) or via the returns form provided with the goods. All goods must be returned immediately.

Bespoke, personalised pieces & earrings are excluded from this - please decide before placing your order!

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Refunds & exchanges are permitted provided they are returned within 14 days of having received them. Please see the Returns page for more info.

Aside from the information detailed above, I collect the following:

ORDERS - In order for me to fulfil & process an order, I need to collect some personal information from you such as email address, name & postal address. You can be assured that this information is used only to allow me to complete the order and nothing else. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (eg, for a custom or bespoke order of jewellery), if you contact me directly.

MARKETING - If you affirmatively sign up to keep in touch, either through the website, or via a sign up sheet at an event, your name & email address will only be used to keep you up to date with news & events through the newsletter or occasional emails. You can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time by emailing or getting in contact via this website.

 

HOW & WHY IT WILL BE USED

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Service Providers - I use the services of certain trusted delivery companies (mostly Royal Mail in the UK) to deliver orders. Only the necessary information such as name & postal address will be passed to these companies to complete the order.

Compliance with law - if I believe it is necessary to respond to legal process or government requests to prevent, investigate or address fraud, abuse or illegal activity.

Business Transfers - If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. Every effort has been made to ensure that all images on this website represent the goods accurately, however with handmade items and natural materials, some variations will occur. Please refer to the dimensions and sizing of each item. All rings are sold in UK sizes, if you are unsure of your UK ring size, please check the size chart for clarification.
